<ul><li>醬油--------------------- 1/2湯匙</li><li>醬油膏-------------------- 1湯匙</li><li>水-------------------------- 1湯匙</li><li>糖----------------------- 1/2湯匙</li><li>番茄醬------------------ 1/2湯匙</li><li>黑醋--------------------- 1/2湯匙</li><li>太白粉水-------------- 1/2湯匙</li><li>香油----------------------- 1小匙</li></ul>

<ol><li>鍋熱入油1湯匙,先將薑片下鍋爆香,再入調味料燒成濃稠汁,再將炸好的玉串下鍋迅速翻炒均勻,加上九層塔翻炒,淋上香油即可。</li></ol>
